Awards, awards, awards!

Bond Digital Health has been shortlisted for not one, not two, but an incredible THREE awards!
We are a finalist in two categories in the first Wales STEM Awards as well as being shortlisted for inclusion in the Wales Tech 50 by tech publication BusinessCloud.

Wales STEM Awards

Bond is among 42 innovative companies to be named finalists in the Wales STEM Awards, which celebrate those making a difference to, and championing, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM) in Wales.

We are shortlisted in two categories – STEM Company of the Year (0-25 employees), which will be awarded to the business that has demonstrated outstanding and consistent achievement, and the Innovation in Technology award, which will be given to the company that has created and developed innovative technological products and processes.

The awards were launched to recognise the innovative STEM work being undertaken in Wales, address the diversity gap and skills shortage, and inspire and raise the ambitions of the next generation.

All finalists across the 15 categories will now be considered by an industry-leading panel of Welsh entrepreneurs, with the winners being announced at the awards ceremony at Cardiff’s City Hall on 12th November.

Head judge Louise Bright, founder of the Wales Women in STEM network, praised the calibre of the companies that entered and said the shortlist represented “some of the most progressive organisations and individuals at the forefront of STEM innovation in Wales.”

Wales Tech 50 by BusinessCloud

Bond is also among 85 tech firms nominated for potential inclusion in the Wales Tech 50, a ranking of the region’s most innovative technology creators.

The general public can vote for the country’s most innovative smart technology company before 11pm on Sunday 29th March by visiting this page.

An expert judging panel will also select their top companies from the shortlist, with the final 50 ranking decided by a combination of the judges’ choices and public vote.

Bond’s Commercial Director Phil Groom said:

“We are thrilled to be shortlisted for these three prestigious awards. We see this as a clear recognition that we are a progressive business and that the work we are doing is both highly innovative and important. We are proud to be part of a thriving tech scene in Wales and to be nominated among some outstanding businesses.”
