The role of chair is to identify and deliver the digital strategy on behalf of BIVDA and its members through collaborative working and leadership. It involves setting the digital agenda, offering training, sharing expertise, and forming strong relationships with all stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
Phil Groom said: “BIVDA is a highly regarded organisation in the diagnostics sector and I’m honoured to be asked to lead its Digital Working Party.
This is a fantastic opportunity for us to start important conversations with the industry around data and digital. We’ll use our expertise to co-create a digital product strategy with the industry and help them build better relationships with regulators.
BIVDA has a belief that patients and end users should be in the front and centre of everything. This is a core value that we share which we demonstrate through the human-centric products we build for the lateral flow industry. Together we will help more people in the UK and the world.
